I’ve spent over 40 years helping peri- to post-menopausal women rebuild their stress reserves, understand their symptoms, and feel more at home in their body again.

My work blends kinesiology, functional wellness, and hands-on therapies to help you feel grounded, cared for, and deeply understood.
