  My Journey Into Holistic Wellness

My passion for wellness started when I was just 9 years old, watching my mum navigate bladder cancer, early-induced menopause, and major surgery all while trying to hold onto life as she knew it.

I saw how deeply health challenges affect not just the individual, but the entire family. Her journey taught me that healing isn't just about medicine—it's about supporting the whole person: body, mind, and emotions.

That experience sparked a lifelong mission to understand what truly helps us feel our best—and how we can reclaim balance when life feels out of sync.

Over the years, I’ve trained in holistic health, kinesiology, nutrition, and emotional stress release. And every step reinforced this truth: everything in the body is connected.
