What's in Your Stress Bowl?

Your body has a bowl.
I call it the Stress Bowl.

Everything your body has to deal with gets added to that bowl. Hormonal changes, poor sleep, blood sugar ups and downs, emotional stress, pain, busy days and digestive issues all add to your body's overall workload.

As the bowl becomes fuller, your body has to work harder to keep everything working well.
That's often when symptoms begin to appear.

This quick quiz will help you recognise the pressures that may be filling your Stress Bowl, including some you might not think of as stress.
