FAQ's
1. What Serenity Mojo Offers:
At Serenity Mojo, I provide therapies, knowledge, and lifestyle solutions that support mind-body wellness. My focus is to listen, aid, encourage, and empower you. Together, we’ll make the connections needed to enhance your well-being. Using complementary and functional wellness principles, we’ll build a health foundation of health and stability, where both of us play a part in the process.
I offer guidance on lifestyle changes, supplements, intolerances, and food strategies, while you choose and implement the steps that fit your life best. Throughout, I’ll help you overcome obstacles, reassess goals, and coach you along your wellness journey.

2. What You Won’t Find at Serenity Mojo:
  • Judgement or Prejudice

Serenity Mojo is a space where everyone is valued and respected. You can feel safe to share your wellness journey openly, with the knowledge that you’ll be met with compassion and understanding.
  • A One-Size-Fits-All Approach

No two people are exactly alike. Each of us has a unique biochemical makeup, genetic background, and personal preferences. Here, your wellness plan will be crafted to suit your individual lifestyle, and goals—never a generic template.
  • Added Stress

Wellness should be a relief, not an additional burden. I aim to support, guide, and empower you with practical steps that promote well-being without adding extra pressure.
  • Advice or Testing on Medications or Medical Treatments

While I’m here to support your holistic wellness, advice or testing related to prescribed medications or medical treatments is the responsibility of your healthcare provider. We’ll work alongside, not in place of, your medical care.
3. Services Offered at Serenity Mojo
I offer a variety of holistic treatments, including systematic kinesiology, reflexology, and menopause and hormone support. Some treatments involve talking and coaching, while others focus on relaxation and restorative techniques.

4. Prepare for Your Session
All first-time sessions include a full consultation, covering your food, sleep habits, stress levels, relaxation practices, and hobbies etc. For comfort, wear comfortable clothing and loose trousers. During kinesiology and reflexology sessions, you’ll remain fully clothed and lie on the treatment couch. List any medications, and bring your supplements, or specific foods for testing if needed for kinesiology.

5, Do You Offer Custom Treatment Plans?
Yes, all sessions are personalised to address your unique wellness goals and needs.

6. Contraindications for Treatments
Sessions are adapted if you are pregnant, have specific allergies, or structural disabilities. Recent digestive upset, recent vomiting, or fainting, please notify me as we may need to reschedule. For certain conditions under medical supervision, we may need doctor clearance to ensure safe treatment compatibility.

7. What Are Your COVID-19 and Infection Safety Measures?
Your health and safety and that of my other clients, are a priority. I use a wipeable chair, provide hand sanitizer, and ensure clean towels and coverings for each client. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are infectious, please let me know, and we will reschedule your appointment.

8. Session Duration
Initial treatments are approximately 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions range from 45–90 minutes, depending on your treatment needs.
