What is kinesiology — and how does it help during menopause?
Kinesiology is a gentle, hands-on therapy that uses muscle response testing to find stressors (imbalances) in your body.
It can show why symptoms are showing up — like bloating, fatigue, or brain fog — and what your body needs to feel better.
It’s not guesswork. It’s a clear, practical way to understand what’s going on and what to do next.
Can you help if I’m already on HRT or medication?
Yes. Many of the women I work with are on HRT or other medication.
My approach works alongside what you're already doing — not instead of it.

While kinesiology sessions are in-clinic only, I offer online support using questionnaires, simple at-home lab testing (like DUTCH or food intolerance tests), and personalised guidance.
It’s still tailored, practical support — just delivered in a way that works for you.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Some people notice positive changes after the first session — like feeling calmer, clearer, or finally understanding what’s going on.
