I’m not sure if what I’m feeling is “normal” — is that OK?
Absolutely.
Most women come to me unsure what’s menopause, what’s stress, and what’s just life — especially when it all overlaps.
You don’t need to have it figured out. That’s my job.
If something feels off, we’ll gently explore what your body’s trying to say, and what it needs next.
What symptoms can you help with?
The most common ones I see are:
  • Bloating and digestive discomfort
  • Fatigue and burnout
  • Brain fog or forgetfulness
  • Hormone imbalance
  • Mood swings or anxiety
  • Poor sleep or wired-but-tired
  • Feeling off, but not sure why
If your body feels like it’s working against you — you’re not imagining it.
These symptoms are your body’s way of asking for support.

My blood tests are ‘normal’ but I feel awful. Am I imagining this?
You’re not imagining it. Blood tests are one snapshot in time.
Symptoms like bloating, fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, and brain fog are real signals — especially in midlife when stress and hormones interact.
My role is to help you decode those signals and respond calmly and appropriately.
Why am I reacting to foods now when I never used to?
This is very common in perimenopause and menopause.
Hormone shifts, stress, and changes in digestion can all affect how foods are tolerated.
The good news is that this doesn’t usually mean permanent intolerance — it means the body needs support.
What is kinesiology — and how does it help during menopause?
During menopause, many symptoms don’t come from one single issue — they’re often the result of stress, hormone shifts, digestion changes, and blood sugar imbalance happening at the same time.
Kinesiology helps by looking at the whole picture rather than chasing symptoms one by one. It supports a calm, personalised way of understanding where your system is under strain and what support may help you feel more balanced.
Instead of a one-size-fits-all plan, the focus is on working with your body during this phase of change, so you can move forward with more clarity and less overwhelm.
What actually is kinesiology? I don’t want anything vague or woo-woo.
Kinesiology is one of the tools I use within a wider, whole-person assessment and treatment approach.
During a session, I use gentle physical feedback techniques to help prioritise where to start, rather than giving everyone the same advice or relying on guesswork.
Everything is grounded in how you feel and how your body responds over time. Nothing is assumed, and we always review what’s helpful and what isn’t.
How is this different from just trying things and seeing what happens?
Guessing means trying things randomly and hoping for the best.
What I do is structured and responsive — we assess, prioritise, support, and then reassess based on how your body responds.
That’s how we reduce overwhelm and stop the cycle of trying everything.
I want ONE test to tell me what I’m deficient in. Why is this so complicated?
I completely understand why you want one clear answer — most women I work with feel exactly the same.
The reality is that the body doesn’t work in isolation. Stress, digestion, hormones, sleep, and blood sugar all affect how nutrients are absorbed and used.
That’s why I don’t rely on one test alone. I look at patterns and then support the body step by step, reviewing how you actually feel.
What’s the best hair test? Everyone is talking about deficiencies and intolerances.
Hair tests can be interesting, but they don’t always reflect what the body is actually using day to day.
I focus more on symptoms, digestion, stress levels, and how the body responds when we support it — because that’s what affects how you feel.
These types of tests can sometimes be helpful later on, but they’re most useful once the basics like stress load, digestion, and blood sugar are supported.
Do I need private tests like DUTCH, bloods, or stool tests?
Tests can be helpful in the right context, but they’re not always the first step.
I usually focus on building foundations first — calming the nervous system, supporting digestion and blood sugar — then we decide together whether testing would add clarity.
How do you know what supplements are right for me? I don’t want to waste money again.
I don’t choose supplements based on trends or guesswork.
I look at your symptoms, health history, digestion, stress load, and lifestyle, then use a structured in-session assessment to prioritise what support your body is most responsive to right now.
We always review how you feel — supplements aren’t a lifetime commitment, they’re tools.
How do you know what foods I’m intolerant to? Everything seems to make me bloated.
I don’t label foods as permanently intolerant.
Often, foods become problematic when digestion, hormones, or stress are out of balance — especially in perimenopause and beyond.
We look at patterns, use short elimination and reintroduction, and observe real changes in bloating, energy, skin, and mood rather than relying on a single result.
The goal is to rebuild trust in your body — not restrict forever.
What if I’ve already tried everything?
I hear this a lot — and you’re not alone.
Most women I work with have already tried diets, supplements, or advice from different practitioners... but still feel stuck.
That’s where kinesiology is different. It doesn’t guess — it asks your body.
And that changes everything.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Some people notice positive changes after the first session — like feeling calmer, clearer, or finally understanding what’s going on.
For most, deeper shifts build gradually as your body gets the right support in the right order.
There’s no pressure to be “fixed” — just space to feel better, step by step.
Can you help if I’m already on HRT or medication?
Yes. Many of the women I work with are on HRT or other medication.
My approach works alongside what you're already doing — not instead of it.
We'll focus on what your body is still asking for, and how to support it naturally, without overwhelm or guesswork.
What happens on the free clarity call?
We’ll talk about what’s going on for you right now, what you’d like to feel instead — and whether I can help.
You’ll leave with clarity on next steps, whether that’s working together or just a simple plan you can start with.
What if I’m nervous or not sure what to say?
That’s completely normal.
You don’t need to prepare or have all the right words — I’ll guide the conversation and meet you where you are.
This is a calm, grounded space with no pressure. Just a starting point.
How do I know which option to choose?
You don’t have to figure it out alone. That’s why we start with a free clarity call — so I can understand what you need and help you choose the support that fits best.
Do I need to prepare anything before we start?
Nope. Just come as you are. You don’t need to fill anything in or “get it all straight” beforehand — we’ll figure it out together.
Can I still work with you if I’m not local?
Yes — I work with clients both in person and online.
While kinesiology sessions are in-clinic only, I offer online support using questionnaires, simple at-home lab testing (like DUTCH or food intolerance tests), and personalised guidance.
It’s still tailored, practical support — just delivered in a way that works for you.
Ready to take the next step?
Whether you're curious, cautious, or quietly hopeful — you're welcome here.
