My Story: Why I Do This Work


My journey into women’s health began when I was nine years old.

I watched my mum navigate bladder cancer, major surgery, and early-induced menopause. Seeing her struggle — physically, emotionally, hormonally — shaped everything I believe about women’s wellness. It taught me that healing isn’t one-dimensional. It needs support for the whole person: body, mind, and emotions.

That early understanding sparked a lifelong passion for holistic health.
Over the years, I’ve trained in kinesiology, nutrition, emotional stress release, reflexology, and aromatherapy — always with one purpose:

✨ To help women feel heard, understood, and supported as they regain strength, steadiness, and clarity.

That’s why I created the Serenity Mojo approach.
Not to “fix” you — but to help you listen to your body, understand what it needs, and finally feel at home in yourself again.

Not striving harder or aiming for perfection. When your system has space, it can do what it was designed to do: heal.

When you give your body what it needs, it knows how to respond.


🌸On a Personal Note...

I’m a wife, a mum to two wonderful daughters, and a pet parent to Kiko the cat and Maisie the dog. 

Like many women, I’ve spent years balancing work, family, and wellbeing — and I know how easy it is to put yourself last. 

My work is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and a deep belief that every woman deserves to feel calm, capable, and well-supported in her body.
