Why We Test, Not Guess

Kinesiology is a gentle yet powerful approach to uncovering what your body truly needs to feel its best. It uses a non-invasive muscle response test to take the guesswork out by asking your body where the stress and imbalances are and what it needs to restore harmony. Test vials help us check how your body responds to foods, chemicals, hormones, digestive enzymes, gut bacteria, and more. Systematic Kinesiology uses variety of tools to treat including lymphatic massage, structural corrections, nutrition and biochemistry, hormone and stress balancing, supplement, diet, and lifestyle advice. 

Functional wellness Coaching complements this by looking at how your lifestyle, diet, digestion, and stress work together to create health—or contribute to challenges.

Step 1: Initial Consultation


What It Is: A 90-minute session to assess your unique needs by gathering information about your medical history, reviewing what you eat and drink, examining how you spend your time, assessing sleep quality, excersise, stress bandwidth and utilising kinesiology testing and techniques. After ther session you will recieve all the information we discuss and any recommendations.

What Happens: We'll investigate what’s going on, identify stressors, and create a foundation for your wellness plan. After the session, you will receive a detailed report outlining our findings and the changes we’ve discussed. Additionally, I will provide you with relevant information sheets to help you begin your wellness journey.

Who It’s For: Everyone who is ready to explore a tailored approach and put in place the foundations of health. This is where all new client's begin. This can also be used for client who are known to me or have been through a programme and want to review how they are getting on, like a check up.  

Price: £115

Next Stage: if you meet your goals or happy with your progress, you can end here and return when you need further support. However, to make lasting changes and delve deeper 3, or 6 month plan is recommended. Book a call to find out what is best for you

Programme 2: Three-Month Plan

What It Is: The three-month plan with three sessions designed for less complex cases or those who want to start small.

Pre-requisite: A full Initial Consultation as outlined above is necessary for all new clients. If you are new, please book in for Step 1. If you are a regular client who is known to me, go ahead book this plan for 3 x 60 min session plus email support. 

What Happens:
Over three months, we’ll work together to create real, lasting change. Each session includes kinesiology testing and tailored support to help you navigate challenges, refine your habits, and build a strong foundation for better health. We’ll address what’s holding you back—whether it’s stress, food choices, or emotional patterns—so you can move forward with confidence. You’ll receive personalised recommendations, practical tools, and session notes with key takeaways, making it easier to stay on track and see progress.

Who It’s For:Those looking to test the waters or make small, manageable changes. 

What’s Included:
  • Three 1:1 sessions – Providing clarity, accountability, and hands-on support

Programme 3: Six-Month Plan

What It Is: The six-month plan offers deeper, more comprehensive support, giving us the time to address multiple areas of concern step by step. When health issues have been around for a long time, they often take longer to resolve as we work on rebuilding a healthier foundation.
In holistic terms, the general rule is that for every year you've had a symptom, it may take about a month to rebalance. Rather than focusing on diagnoses and symptoms, this approach strengthens and supports your body, helping it restore its own natural balance.

Pre-requisite: A full Initial Consultation as outlined above is necessary for all new clients. If you are new, please book in for Step 1. If you are a regular client who is known to me, go ahead and book this plan for 6 x 60 min session plus email support. 

What Happens:
This six-month journey gives us the time to go deeper, tackle complex issues, and create lasting change. Each session includes kinesiology testing and personalised strategies to strengthen your body, improve resilience, and break free from patterns that may be holding you back. We’ll address long-standing challenges—whether physical, emotional, or lifestyle-related—and adjust your plan as you progress. With ongoing support, practical tools, and session notes to keep you on track, you’ll build the habits and confidence needed for long-term wellness.

Who It’s For: Ideal for those with long-standing health issues, on medication, or anyone ready for a deeper transformation. Having more time allows us to fully integrate these changes, giving you the support you need until they become second nature.
