Though not a diagnostic tool, reflexology has been shown to aid sleep, support menopause and hormone balance, ease stress and pain, and improve digestion and joint mobility. It also works beautifully alongside medical treatments, including cancer care—Reflexology Lymph Drainage was developed specifically to help women managing lymphedema after breast cancer treatment.

One of the most surprising areas to work on? Your ears! They carry more tension than you’d expect, and by stimulating them, we can activate the vagus nerve—the powerful link between your brain and body. For extended benefits, I place tiny ear seeds after treatment, allowing the effects to continue for days.

When to Avoid Reflexology? This treatment is incredibly adaptable, but if you have an infectious skin condition (like athlete’s foot), blood clots in the legs, or gout, it’s best to wait. If you’re unsure whether reflexology is right for you, just reach out before booking.

Prices

If you’re a new client, your first session includes a full consultation and treatment to tailor the experience to your needs. This initial session lasts 90 minutes and costs £75.


After your first visit, you can choose the type and duration of your treatments:

  • 45-minute session - £49: For a focused treatment targeting one specific area, this is ideal for regular sessions or when you're working through a particular issue. It's great for when you need concentrated attention on one area.
  • 60-minute session - £60: A perfect option for regular monthly sessions, focusing on one therapy or combining a couple of techniques. This is ideal for targeted work or ongoing maintenance, helping you maintain balance and progress.
  • 90-minute session - £75: For a full-body treatment that blends multiple techniques and allows for deeper relaxation, the extra time ensures the best results. This is perfect for comprehensive sessions when you need more time for full-body rejuvenation and thorough work.
Shorter sessions are great for specific needs, but longer appointments allow for a more comprehensive approach, giving your body the time it needs to fully relax and respond to the treatments.
