What if I am undergoing medical treatment?
Your medical team are your primary carers (after you!). Generally, a holistic approach will work alongside your medical care, not as a replacement. If you’re already seeing doctors or receiving treatment, functional wellness methods complement that care, giving your body the extra support to heal and feel better.

If you are on medication I take the greatest care when giving you supplements or food stratergies. Ultimately, you will be in control of deciding whether the suggestions I give are right for you.

I will help you fill the gaps where traditional medicine may fall short, including how to manage your stress, improve your digestion, balance your hormones, stabilise your blood sugars, and enhance your energy.
